My name is Bill Arnet, and I have been officiating at weddings for hotels, wedding companies, and cruise ship lines in St. Thomas and St. John since 1993. I’ve done thousands of ceremonies, and I love doing them.

I can perform your ceremony in a beautiful, romantic setting for less than you would pay anywhere else in the Virgin Islands. I can help with the license, and I know the best locations, florists, photographers, videographers, and transportation. If you want much more than that, you’ll need a wedding company. And if you do need a wedding company, I can tell you which ones are better than the others.

There are several different ceremonies you can choose from, including my Traditional Christian, Contemporary Christian, a Civil ceremony like a judge would use, and several versions of Romantic Island Vows that are popular with the cruise ship companies. I’ve done many interfaith weddings, and weddings that include children, too. And please feel free to personalize your wedding. I had one bride who wanted to use the ceremony her grandmother used 50 years ago, and a groom who told me his brother’s ceremony took five minutes, and he wanted his to be done in under three.

The costs are, $100 for the court, and my charge is $250 in St. Thomas, and $350 in St. John. I don’t have any “wedding packages” but if you want any of the basic extras, call or write and I’ll tell you the price. It will cost less than what the wedding companies charge.
